What to expect from your holistic health consult session

During this deep dive time together we have a chance to really connect, for me to hear about your past health history, present challenges/concerns and what you deeply desire for yourself and your health.

With my experienced eye on your health, our discussion will give you more clarity and insights on your health and well-being.  

Depending on your personal situation, we may also discuss:

• an action plan for you

• recommendations or resources
  

• working with me privately if we both feel that is aligned and helpful.
  

We will spend anywhere from 60-90 min together (so allow for at least that plus some time afterward so that you’re not rushing anywhere immediately after). 

This session together is so that we can really connect and I can assess how I can best serve you moving forward. If we decide to work together further we will talk through what that does and does not include. We will review together the possibilities and that may also mean we need to have a shorter follow-up call which the session includes if need be.
